With this level of quality, you can expect every Moughan-built home to come with a one year warranty. We are full-time professional builders -- our specialty is new home construction. Dave Moughan, a Master Carpenter, oversees every aspect of home construction and is on-site every day. Our staff is very experienced and easy to work with. A Job Coordinator leads you by the hand through the process so it's not so overwhelming. We work in a timely and organized manner. We have schedules and we stick to them.
