Q: How much do you charge for construction?
It depends. For new-home construction, we charge as little as $80 per square foot to
$150 per square foot. It all depends on the design of the home and the amount of detail
work inside and out.
Q: Do I need a plan? How do we start?
We have over 150 designs or we can design something based on your own plan. If you
have an idea for a home, chance are we can build it. We can either work off an existing
plan and modify it to fit your needs, customize a plan for you, or start from scratch.
Q: Where are you located and where can you build?
We are headquartered in Springfield, IL. We can build a new home in the Central Illinois
area within a 40-50 mile radius of Springfield.
